breathing together: practicing slowness
Feeling tired all the time?
Seeking a chance to reconnect with yourself?
In our capitalist society, hustle and grind culture makes us believe that we need to be doing everything at once without respecting our overall well being. Especially for early career professionals, who are still learning the skills and environments of our work, it’s hard to find moments of slowness and calmness. In this virtual space, we will be reflecting on the barriers to practicing slowness, noticing what are the tools in our environment that remind us to pause, and how to practice grace while building this habit.
This workshop is intended for early career professionals.
