Solitude in Solidarity

Let’s come together for an early afternoon, solo reflection session and immersive experience.

Bring your favorite pillow or stuffed animal, journal or art supplies, and comfy clothes for an intimate experience among community.

You are free to dance, write a poem, nap, or release as we enter this new month and season.

Let go and know that you are loved.

You are seen. You are enough.

This workshop is intended for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
