Drawing from our personal experiences working in schools, organizations, and movements, and tools and frameworks from Beyond Diversity 101, N’Tanya Lee’s Principled Struggle, and Kristianna Smith’s Seed Packets for Liberation, we will invite reflection and explore practices for facilitators navigating conflict that emerges in a meeting or training.
This hands-on, interactive workshop is open to Connecticut residents with previous facilitation experience who want to expand their capacity for navigating conflict in a meeting or training.
Please note that this workshop is NOT focused on the practice of conflict mediation.
This workshop will be conducted in English. Rapid COVID-19 testing will be required prior to the workshop. Location is TBD in the Hartford area. Address will be provided by course facilitators.
